饮食消费在旅游活动中的比例越来越高,甚至与购物消费并驾齐驱。因此,饮食文化作为一种资源正在被大力开发。本文试以地处西南凉山的彝族自治州的饮食为例,对其饮食文化资源的若干问题进行探讨。
The proportion of food consumption in tourism activities is getting higher and higher, even with shopping consumption go hand in hand. Therefore, food culture is being vigorously developed as a resource. This paper tries to take the diet of the Yi Autonomous Prefecture located in Liangshan of southwestern China as an example to discuss some problems of its dietary and cultural resources.
