单足蹬地翻身上成支撑是初中体操教材——单杠套路中的起始动作,它要求“蹬地、摆腿、引体、贴杠”等动作一气呵成。因初中学生的力量偏弱,本体感觉不到位,容易出现动作脱节的现象,很难连贯性地完成该动作。在练习此完整动作的前期,必须增加一些辅助性练习,以提升对该动作的本体感觉,使学生逐步理解动作过程,最后能独立完成动作。笔者在教学实践中总结了几种该动作的辅助练习,能有效地帮助学
