目的观察固本活血壮骨颗粒对糖尿病大鼠模型血清GLU、IGF-1、TNF-α水平等的影响。方法 6月龄SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物对照组、固本活血壮骨颗粒大、中、小剂量组。除正常对照组外,其余各组均采用左下腹腔内注射新鲜配制1%链脲佐菌素STZ(柠檬酸缓冲液,p H值4.4)65 mg/kg体重造模。各组予相应药物及生理盐水灌胃12周。结果固本活血壮骨颗粒可降低糖尿病模型大鼠GLU、TNF-α水平,提高IGF-1水平。结论固本活血壮骨颗粒可以通过抑制IGF-1、TNF-α的异常表达,降低血糖,促进骨形成,减少骨吸收,维持骨胶原代谢的平衡,从而达到防治糖尿病性骨质疏松症的效果。
Objective To observe the effects of Gubenhuoxuezhuanggu granules on the levels of serum GLU, IGF-1 and TNF-α in diabetic rats. Methods Six-month-old SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, positive drug control group, Gubenhuoxuezhuanggu Granule large, medium and small dose groups. Except for the normal control group, all the other groups were given a fresh preparation of 1% streptozotocin STZ (citrate buffer, p H value 4.4) at a dosage of 65 mg / kg body weight in the lower left abdominal cavity. The corresponding groups of drugs and saline for 12 weeks. Results Gubenhuoxuezhuanggu granules can reduce the level of GLU and TNF-α in diabetic rats and increase the level of IGF-1. Conclusion Gubenhuoxuezhuanggu granules can prevent and treat diabetic osteoporosis by inhibiting the abnormal expression of IGF-1 and TNF-α, lowering blood glucose, promoting bone formation, reducing bone resorption and maintaining the balance of collagen metabolism .
