黄河河口镇~龙门干流区间,年最大洪峰流量主要由区间7、8月盛夏暴雨所形成(本文称前期),而大洪量多由兰州以上的秋季连阴雨(本文称后期)所产生。由此,用年最大选样途径计算设计洪水的方法值得商榷。作者提出,应分别计算前、后期设计洪水,取防洪库容大者来确定水库的防洪规模,既合理且经济。并分析了上述分期设计洪水的这种方法在该区间对不同类型枢纽工程的适用范围。
The Yellow River estuary ~ the Longmen main stream interval, the maximum annual peak flow is mainly formed by the mid-July and August heavy rainfall (referred to as the previous period), and floods more than Lanzhou by the autumn continuous rain (later this article) produced. Therefore, the method of calculating the design flood with the largest sampling year is worth discussing. The author proposes that the design floods should be calculated separately before and after the flood and flood prevention capacity should be taken to determine the flood control scale of the reservoir, which is reasonable and economical. And analyzed the application of the above-mentioned method of designing flood by stages in the interval for different types of hub projects.
