目的:考察影响水合氯醛溶液稳定性的因素。方法:采用滴定定量的方法,对温度、存放时间、存放环境、紫外线照射等因素进行考察。结果:诸影响因素中以紫外线照射对主成分含量影响最大,储存温度和时间时水合氯醛的稳定性有不同程度的影响。结论:水合氯醛溶液稳定性受多方面因素影响,临床使用中应严格按照生产工艺配制,以防止有效成分的挥发分解。
Objective: To investigate the factors affecting the stability of chloral hydrate solution. Methods: Titration quantitative method was used to investigate the factors such as temperature, storage time, storage environment and ultraviolet radiation. Results: Among the influencing factors, the influence of ultraviolet radiation on the content of main components was the greatest, and the stability of chloral hydrate in storage temperature and time had different degrees of influence. Conclusion: The stability of chloral hydrate solution is affected by many factors. In clinical use, it should be formulated strictly in accordance with the production process to prevent the volatile components of active ingredients from being decomposed.
