市委商贸部按照全市商贸系统岗位培训总体设想和实施步骤的要求,于去年5月开始着手研究制定干部岗位规范。7个局共聘请了100多名同志从事这项工作,经过努力,已编写出20多个处级干部岗位规范初稿,并对其中5个规范进行了初步论证,取得了一定成绩。主要做了以下几个方面的工作:一、明确制定干部岗位规范的目的和意义通过对前一阶段试点工作的总结和进一步的理论探讨,我们认为,制定干部岗位规范的目的、意义不能仅从岗位培训这个角度去理解,而应从干部人事制度改革和实施岗位培训等
In accordance with the requirements of the overall concept of post training and the implementation steps of the city’s commerce and trade system, the Municipal Commission for Trade and Industry started studying and formulating the cadre post norms in May last year.
