提出基于傅里叶变换的调制度测量轮廓术这一新的光学三维测量方法。这个方法不用测量位相,而是测量正弦条纹的调制度。运用此方法时投影方向和探测方向一致,可避免在FTP和PMP中存在的阴影、遮挡等问题。
A novel three-dimensional optical measurement method based on Fourier transform is proposed. Instead of measuring the phase, this method measures the modulation of the sinusoidal fringes. When using this method, the projection direction and the detection direction are consistent to avoid the problems of shadowing and occlusion in FTP and PMP.
