结晶器是板坯连铸机的核心部件。掌握板坯在不同冷却水量条件下其内部的温度场分布情况以及铸坯在结晶器出口处温度与冷却水量的关系,对优化工艺参数、提高铸坯质量有决定性的作用。以某铜加工厂连铸机为研究对象,通过ESI PROCAST专业铸造软件对其温度场进行数值模拟,探究冷却水量大小对温度场及凝固场的影响,得出冷却水量越大,温度降低越快,凝固越快的结论;通过MATLAB拟合函数,找出铸坯在结晶器出口处温度与冷却水量之间的函数关系。
