我园被国家教委指定为贯彻《幼儿园工作规程》试点单位后,两年多来得到国家教委及有关专家的直接指导。我们不断地学习、实践,逐步理解了《规程》的思想,并将《规程》的精神转化为教育实践。长期以来,幼儿园普遍以分科教学为基本模式,以分科的知识为主线来选择教育内容,教师习惯于将预先确定的教育内容,安排在每周课表中,按部就班地上课。近年来,各地又围绕某一主题选择教育内容,采用了综合的形式组织教育活动。我们感到不论是分科还是综合,教师还是没有脱离先选择教育内容,后确定教育要求、组织教育活动的程序,缺乏目标意识,或者说目标意识处于模糊状态,教育的价值观倾向于掌握知识的多少,而忽略了幼儿发展的不同需要。《幼儿园工作规程》指出:“教育活动的内容应根
