The title is a reflection of the national culture. China and Japan are both neighboring countries in Asia. The two cultures are inextricably linked and each has its own characteristics. Therefore, there are also some discrepancies between the appellation system in China and Japan. As an indispensable part of language communication, the appellation is in many cases the first information transmitted to each other. Different appellations reflect the role identity, social status, closeness and affection of the two communicating parties. Much of the meaning to be expressed in verbal communication often can not be expressed through words, but can be clearly expressed through appellations. Because of this, the issue of appellation is also increasingly aroused the attention of all academic circles.
