在正常前列腺上皮中,雄激素通过上调干扰素介导的急性炎症信号通道和下调白细胞介素介导的慢性炎症信号通道来抑制前列腺癌的发生、发展。一旦雄激素调节的急慢性炎症信号通道发生失衡,则会促进前列腺癌的形成及进展。揭示这种失衡的发生机制是预防和治疗前列腺癌的关键。现就上述两种炎症信号通道与前列腺癌的关系予以综述。
In normal prostate epithelium, androgen inhibits the development of prostate cancer by up-regulating interferon-mediated acute inflammatory signaling pathway and down-regulating interleukin-mediated chronic inflammatory signaling pathway. Once the imbalance between androgen-regulated acute and chronic inflammatory signaling pathways, it will promote the formation and progression of prostate cancer. Reveal the mechanism of this imbalance is the key to prevention and treatment of prostate cancer. Now on the two inflammatory signaling pathway and prostate cancer are reviewed.
