在钛合金蒸汽发生管的焊接生产中,通过运用策划、实施、检查、处置(PDCA)模式进行质量控制管理,有效地控制了焊接缺陷,焊缝合格率稳步上升,达到90%以上,实现了预期质量目标。实验和工程应用结果证明,按照PDCA循环进行过程控制,可以保证影响质量的每一活动都得到有效控制而无遗漏,形成稳定可靠的生产工艺,不断提高产品质量。
