本文首次报告成功地应用硫酸镁治疗3例尖端扭转型室性心动过速(Tdp)。第1例系联合应用奎尼丁与乙胺碘呋酮引起,第2例用普鲁卡因酰胺所致,第3例因服用丙咪嗪过量。在发生扭转型室速前,3例QT间期分别是0.70、0.64与0.56sec。用25％硫酸镁1.0～2.0g缓慢静注,均能消除3例Tdp
This paper reports the first successful application of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of 3 cases of torsades de pointes (Tdp). The first case was caused by combination of quinidine and amiodarone, the second with procainamide, and the third with imipramine overdose. Before the occurrence of torsades de pointes, the three QT intervals were 0.70, 0.64 and 0.56 sec, respectively. With 25% magnesium sulfate 1.0 ~ 2.0g slow intravenous injection, can eliminate three cases of Tdp
