近几年来,中等师范由于注意加强思想政治工作和教学管理,毕业生的政治素质有了提高,文化基础知识也比较扎实,但能力较差,仍然是一个突出的问题.从培养合格小学教师的要求出发,重视学生能力的培养,是搞好中师教学改革的重点之一.造成中师学生能力较差的原因,一是对合格小学教师的认识不全面,对学生能力的培养重视不够,存在着“知识校内学,能力校外练”的片面认识;二是教学方法陈旧、死板,对培养学生的能力还缺乏具体要求;三是课程过多,学生自学时间太少;四是教育学、心理学及教学法等专业课的教学薄弱,中师的教学同小学联系不紧密.对一个中师学生,应着重培养三种能力:自我教育能力、自学能力和工作能力.

There is a one-sided understanding of “knowledge in school, ability outside the school”; second, the teaching methods are outdated and rigid, and there is no specific requirement for the ability to train students; Third, there are too many courses, and students have too little time for self-study; four is pedagogy, The teaching of psychology and pedagogy is weak. The teaching of secondary teachers is not closely related to primary schools. For a secondary school student, we should focus on cultivating three kinds of competencies: self-education ability, self-study ability and work ability.
