随着市场经济的发展,企业间的竞争不断加剧和升级。人才作为企业可持续发展的基础,是现代企业竞争的核心,关系到企业的长效发展。高级人才是人才的最高等级,对促进企业发展具有重要的作用。新时期,企业必须要重视高级人才引进工作,制定行之有效的工作机制和策略,如此才能顺应市场经济的发展需求。本文在对企业高级人才衡量标准作出论述的基础上,简要分析了我国企业的人力资源结构现状,并就企业引进高级人才的工作策略进行了研究。
With the development of market economy, the competition among enterprises is aggravating and escalating. Talent as the basis for sustainable development of enterprises, is the core of modern enterprise competition, related to the long-term development of enterprises. Top talent is the highest level of talent, to promote enterprise development has an important role. In the new era, enterprises must pay attention to the introduction of senior personnel and formulate effective working mechanisms and strategies in order to meet the development needs of the market economy. Based on the exposition of the measurement standards of senior personnel in enterprises, this paper briefly analyzes the current situation of human resource structure of Chinese enterprises and researches on the work tactics of introducing advanced talents in enterprises.
