研究目的:针对杭州地铁1号线在部分区段地面以下15~30 m的土层中存在浅层气,会对地铁站、隧道盾构施工造成影响。在综合考虑浅层气和含气土层特性的基础上,就浅层气对地铁构筑物施工影响模式进行分析,提出应采取的防治措施,保证施工安全。研究结论:地下土层中浅层气的存在,施工中如果无控释放会造成土层扰动破坏,气压较高时会造成槽壁坍塌或孔壁失稳、基坑底板隆起,如果采取的应急措施不当,将危及设备和人身安全;土压平衡盾构会对刀,盘摩阻力、出土和压力平衡产生影响,泥水平衡盾构会对局部稳定产生影响;盾构穿越含气土层时还存在安全问题。施工中采取有控释放措施,避免浅层气造成的危害。
Research purposes: In light of the shallow gas in the 15 ~ 30m soil layer below the ground in some sections of Hangzhou Metro Line 1, it will affect the subway station and tunnel shield construction. On the basis of comprehensively considering the characteristics of shallow gas and gas-bearing soil, the paper analyzes the impact of shallow gas on the construction mode of metro structures, and puts forward the prevention and control measures to be taken to ensure the construction safety. Research conclusions: The existence of shallow gas in the underground soil layer, if uncontrolled release during construction, will cause disturbances and damages to the soil layer. If the pressure is higher, it will cause the collapse of the groove wall or the failure of the hole wall. Improper measures will endanger the equipment and personal safety; earth pressure balance shield will knife, disk friction, unearthed and pressure balance have an impact on the stability of local equilibrium mud shield; shield through the gas-bearing soil There are security issues. Take controlled release measures during construction to avoid the harm caused by shallow gas.
