目的:了解护士心理契约与护士的招聘承诺实现满意度之间的关系,从心理契约的角度提出针对性的护士招聘方案。方法:采用“护士心理契约调查问卷”及“护士招聘承诺实现满意度调查问卷”对护士进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:医院的发展责任及现实责任与护士的招聘承诺实现满意度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:医院在现实责任及发展责任方面作出的承诺有待完善。
Objective: To understand the relationship between nurses’ psychological contract and the satisfaction of nurses’ recruitment commitments. From the perspective of psychological contract, we propose a targeted nurse recruitment plan. Methods: The nurses were surveyed using the “Nurse Psychological Contract Survey Questionnaire” and the “Nurse Recruitment Commitment Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire” and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The development responsibility and actual responsibility of the hospital were positively correlated with the satisfaction of the nurse’s recruitment commitment (P<0.01). Conclusion: The hospital’s commitment in terms of realistic responsibilities and development responsibilities has yet to be improved.
