谈起日本企业的人力资源管理,人们会自然联想到终身雇佣制、年功序列工资制度和企业工会三大管理特征。尽管各国管理界人士对日本的人事管理褒贬不一,但总的来说,还承认其管理的有效性。近年来,由于现代文化与日本传统文化的冲突日益加剧,因而日本各企业也在调整自己的人事政策。
When talking about the human resources management of Japanese companies, people naturally think of the three major management features of the lifetime employment system, the annual wage system, and the corporate union. Although people in management circles in various countries have different opinions on Japanese personnel management, overall, they also recognize the effectiveness of their management.
