本文报道用~(31)P核磁共振技术(~(31)PNMR)研究了L_(7811)鼠腹水肿瘤细胞和615系鼠胸腺细胞(正常对照细胞)。结果发现,L_(7811)鼠腹水肿瘤细胞不同于其它实质肿瘸细胞,在肿瘤晚期,L_(7811)腹水肿瘤细胞的含磷化合物未进入完全不活跃状态,即腹水细胞中α-,β-,γ-ATP(三磷酸腺苷)和PCr(磷酸肌酸)的峰面积比值Ⅰ均比615胸腺细胞相应峰面积比值Ⅰ明显减少。在比较峰面积比值Ⅱ和比值Ⅲ时,可发现腹水细胞中Pi
In this paper, L_(7811) mouse ascites tumor cells and 615 lineage mouse thymocytes (normal control cells) were studied by ~(31)P nuclear magnetic resonance technique (~(31)PNMR). As a result, it was found that L_(7811) mouse ascites tumor cells were different from other parenchymal neoplastic cells. In the late stage of the tumor, the phosphorous compounds of L_(781) ascites tumor cells did not enter a completely inactive state, ie, α-, β- in ascites cells.
