留学生文学成为某一特定历史时期的文坛热点 ,有其深刻的社会背景与文化背景。就其整体创作中表现出的具有一致性的苦闷、孤独、压抑、乡愁 ,可以发现这种种情绪产生的一个深刻根源在于 ,创作主体所置身的现实经济政治秩序内 ,现代文明与西方文化自觉不自觉地以主体的身份视农业文明和亚群体的本土文化为“他者” ,这使得众多“边缘人”的群落和文学得以产生。留学生文学应该坚守自己文化选择的主体性 ,因为新的文化认同已被看作是由冲突、趋异、对抗构成的 ,这有利于多元文化的共存与共建。
Foreign student literature has become a hot spot in the literary world in a particular historical period with its profound social background and cultural background. One of the profound reasons for the emergence of this kind of mood lies in the fact that in the realistic economic and political order in which the main body of creation is exposed, the modern civilization and the western culture are consciously not aware of their consistent depressive, solitary, repressive and nostalgic manifestations in their overall creation. Consciously taking the identity of the main body as the “other” of the agricultural civilization and the local culture of the sub-groups, which resulted in the creation of numerous “marginalized” communities and literature. Foreign students should stick to the subjectivity of their own cultural choices because new cultural identities have been regarded as conflicts, divergences and confrontations, which is conducive to the coexistence and co-establishment of multiculturalism.
