在现代茶叶企业经营建设过程中,工商管理活动是其中重要内涵,特别是在这一过程中,其将企业自身的优势进行全面凸显,进而为茶叶企业的发展奠定了重要基础。对于安徽省茶叶企业来说,将工商管理专业人才培养体系优化与整个时代发展相结合,必然能够为整个产业发展奠定优势。本文拟从安徽省茶叶企业经营发展状况分析入手,结合茶叶企业工商企业管理人才培养的具体要求,从而探究基于人才需求导向的工商企业管理人才培养机制建设思路。
In the process of modern tea enterprise management, the business management activities are an important part of it. Especially in this process, it fully highlights the advantages of the enterprises and lays an important foundation for the development of the tea enterprises. For the tea enterprises in Anhui Province, the combination of the optimization of the training system for business administration professionals and the development of the entire era will inevitably lay a solid foundation for the development of the entire industry. Based on the analysis of the operation and development of tea enterprises in Anhui Province, this paper tries to explore the construction of management personnel training mechanism of industrial and commercial enterprises based on the demand orientation of talents in the light of the specific requirements of cultivation of industrial and commercial enterprises in tea industry.
