目的:揭示COPD患者BMI、年龄与凝血功能之间的关系。方法:选择COPD患者,测量其体重及身高并检测其凝血功能,比较一般、超重(包括肥胖)两组患者凝血功能之间的关系;同时将患者分为老年组(年龄≥65岁)和非老年组(年龄≤64岁),同样方法比较这两组患者的凝血功能状态;并检测BMI、年龄与凝血功能之间的相关性。结果:凝血功能相关指标中PT在BMI<24组和BMI≥24组有显著性差异(P<0.05),FIB、TT、APTT则两组间未见显著差异;凝血功能相关指标中PT在年龄≤64岁组和年龄≥65岁组有显著性差异(P<0.05),FIB、TT、APTT则两组间未见显著差异;经过双变量的相关统计分析发现,年龄和PT、年龄和FIB、BMI和PT、BMI和FIB均呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);而年龄和TT、年龄和APTT、BMI和TT、BMI和APTT则无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:COPD患者凝血功能和年龄、BMI存在相关性,年龄及BMI对凝血功能相关指标中的PT、FIB影响较大。
Objective: To reveal the relationship between BMI, age and coagulation function in patients with COPD. Methods: COPD patients were selected to measure their body weight and height and to detect their coagulation function. The relationship between coagulation function of the common and overweight (including obesity) patients was compared. At the same time, the patients were divided into the elderly group (age≥65 years) In the elderly group (age ≤ 64 years), the same method was used to compare the coagulation status of these two groups. The correlation between BMI, age, and coagulation function was also examined. Results: There was a significant difference in PT between the BMI <24 group and the BMI group (P <0.05), but no significant difference was found between the two groups in FIB, TT and APTT. Among the indexes of coagulation function, There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the group of ≤64 years and the group of ≥65 years of age (P <0.05), but no significant difference was found between FIB, TT and APTT between the two groups.According to the bivariate statistical analysis, age, PT, age and FIB (P <0.05 or P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between age, TT, age, APTT, BMI and TT, BMI and APTT (P> 0.05). Conclusion: There is a correlation between coagulation function and age and BMI in COPD patients. Age and BMI have a significant influence on PT and FIB in coagulation related indexes.
