对不同施氮条件下烤烟品种云烟87不同叶位碳氮积累进行系统研究,以期探索氮肥运筹对烤烟不同叶位碳氮平衡的影响。结果表明,A、B处理总氮含量随叶位降低呈先降低后升高趋势;B处理在低叶位总氮含量显著高于A处理,而高叶位则相反。A、B处理叶位1至叶位7总碳含量显著高于其他叶位,在叶位8至叶位16之间碳含量随着叶位降低呈显著或极显著降低。A、B处理碳氮比以中部叶位最高,其次为下部叶位,上部叶位最低;上部叶A、B处理的碳氮比随叶位降低而显著升高,中部叶之间差异不大,下部叶位则随着叶位降低而降低;B处理上部叶位及靠近上二棚中部叶位碳氮比显著高于A处理,下部叶位及靠近下部叶中部叶变化则与之相反。由此可见,B处理各个叶位总氮、总碳和碳氮比A处理更符合优质烟叶标准。
The carbon and nitrogen accumulation in different leaf positions of flue-cured tobacco varieties Yunyan 87 under different nitrogen application conditions was systematically studied in order to explore the effect of nitrogenous fertilizer operation on carbon and nitrogen balance at different leaf positions of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the total nitrogen content in treatments A and B decreased firstly and then increased with the decreasing of leaf position. The content of total nitrogen in B treatment was significantly higher than that in A treatment, while the high leaf position was the opposite. The total carbon content of leaves 1 to 7 in treatments A and B was significantly higher than those of other leaves, and the contents of carbon in leaves 8 to 16 were significantly or extremely significantly decreased with the leaf position decreasing. The ratio of carbon to nitrogen in treatments A and B was the highest in the middle, followed by the lower and lowest in the upper leaves. The ratio of carbon and nitrogen in the upper leaves A and B increased significantly with the decrease of the leaf position, while the difference in the middle leaves was not significant While the lower leaf position decreased with the decrease of leaf position. The carbon / nitrogen ratio at the upper leaf position of B and the leaf near the middle of the second leaf was significantly higher than that of A treatment, while the changes of leaf position at the lower leaf position and near the lower leaf were the opposite. Thus, B treatment of total nitrogen in all leaf positions, total carbon and carbon nitrogen than A treatment more in line with the high-quality tobacco standards.
