采用文献资料法与调查访问相结合的方法,对江西省普通高校高水平运动队课余训练的现状进行了分析。结果发现:存在着总体水平偏低,经费场地器材匮乏,学训矛盾突出等问题。对此,本文提出相应的发展对策。 This article analyzes the current situation of after-class training of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province by using the method of combining literature and data with investigation and interview. The result shows that there are some problems such as the low overall level, the lack of funds and equipment, and the prominent contradictions in study and training. In this regard, this paper proposes the corresponding development strategy.
