建国四十年以来,人们对国营商业和供销合作社的主渠道作用,时而重视,时而忽略。一般来说,市场出现较多问题时,就想到主渠道作用;市场比较稳定繁荣时,就少提到主渠道作用,甚至否定主渠道作用。这种现象,说明人们对主渠道作用的认识问题,并没有完全解决,对主渠道的内在性能缺乏深刻认识。立论不足,往往导致政策的摇摆,实践效果当然不好。为此,我们试对
Forty years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, people’s role in the main channels of state-owned commercial and supply and marketing cooperatives has been emphasized and ignored. In general, when there are many problems in the market, they think of the role of the main channel; when the market is relatively stable and prosperous, the role of the main channel is less mentioned, and even the role of the main channel is denied. This phenomenon shows that people’s understanding of the role of the main channel has not been completely resolved, and lacks a profound understanding of the intrinsic performance of the main channel. Insufficient arguments often lead to policy swings, and the practical results are of course not good. To this end, we try
