“师者,传道,授业,解惑也”。中国自古就把教师教授学生为人处世的道理也就是“传道”的作用放在首位。但是现在由于高职院校扩招后,很多学校师资不足,负责学生思想教育的专门辅导员管理的学生太多,本来不足的教师还在校外兼职,或全心做科研,很多教师上完专业课就走人,很少和学生交流思想。学生的思想道德建设相对弱化,造成学生和教师,学生和学校的感情淡漠,影响和谐校园建设。本文提出强化任课教师参与学生思想道德建设的方案,弥补辅导员管理不足的弱点,以促进和谐校园建设。 “Teacher, preaching, teaching, doubts also ”.
