“师者,传道,授业,解惑也”。中国自古就把教师教授学生为人处世的道理也就是“传道”的作用放在首位。但是现在由于高职院校扩招后,很多学校师资不足,负责学生思想教育的专门辅导员管理的学生太多,本来不足的教师还在校外兼职,或全心做科研,很多教师上完专业课就走人,很少和学生交流思想。学生的思想道德建设相对弱化,造成学生和教师,学生和学校的感情淡漠,影响和谐校园建设。本文提出强化任课教师参与学生思想道德建设的方案,弥补辅导员管理不足的弱点,以促进和谐校园建设。

This paper puts forward a plan to strengthen the teachers’ participation in the ideological and moral construction of students and make up for the weaknesses of the lack of management of counselors, in order to promote the construction of a harmonious campus.
