本文提出了油田含水原油的游离水分离罐的新型控制方案。游离水分离罐是含游离天然气、水和油三相介质的容器,需要控制分离罐的压力和油水界面。原设的两个单变量控制方案,控制质量较差。本文建立了游离水分离罐的非线性数学模型,设计了一种特殊的非线性解耦同时又能配置系统极点的方案,现场实验效果较好,很有实用价值。
In this paper, a new control scheme of free water separation tank for oil-bearing crude oil is proposed. Free water separation tank is a container containing free gas, water and oil three-phase medium, the pressure of the separation tank and the oil-water interface need to be controlled. The original design of two single-variable control, poor quality control. In this paper, a nonlinear mathematical model of free water separation tank is established. A special scheme of non-linear decoupling and system pole configuration is designed. The experimental results are good and practical.
