企业在当前新常态形势下,迫切需要长期激励制度设计以实现战略转型和业务创新。企业所处的宏观环境、产业环境、自身条件不同,在不同战略选择和管理模式下人力资源激励目标各异,其长期激励制度应针对企业当前重点人力资源激励目标设计,实现定向激励效果。本文针对不同产权性质、发展阶段、经营特点企业的人力资源激励目标,研究分析了各种长期激励制度的激励效果,阐述了执行要点,以期为企业长期激励制度设计实践提供指导。
Enterprises in the current new normal situation, the urgent need for long-term incentive system design in order to achieve strategic transformation and business innovation. The macroeconomic environment, industrial environment and self-conditions of enterprises are different. In different strategic choices and management modes, the objectives of human resources incentive are different. The long-term incentive system should aim at the design of current key human resources incentive targets in enterprises and realize the directional incentive effect. In this paper, different types of property rights, development stage, business characteristics of human resources incentive objectives of enterprises, research and analysis of a variety of long-term incentive system incentives, described the implementation of the key points in order to provide guidance for the long-term incentive system design and practice.
