本文对工业设计师职业资格认证制度的推行情况进行了调研,针对来自设计师的反对情绪做了分析,总结出行业认知差异、约束抗拒心理、官方动机质疑、意图误解、对创意理解的拓展和改变现状的惰性等七个方面的原因。结合国外相关职业资格认证的推行经验,给出了高校教育系统的应对策略建议。
This dissertation investigates the implementation of the professional qualification certification system for industrial designers, analyzes the objectionable emotions from the designers, sums up the differences in the industry cognition, restraining the resistance psychology, questioning the official motives, misunderstanding the intention, expanding the understanding of creativity And to change the status quo of inertia and other seven reasons. Combined with the experience of foreign related vocational qualification certification, this paper gives some suggestions on how to deal with the higher education system.
