通过等温恒应变速率压缩实验,系统地研究了不同预处理、热力参数及分段变速变形对致密 FGH95合金高温变形特性的影响.研究结果表明,经热等静压致密的FGH95合金坯料,可以通过适当的预处理,以改变FGH95合金中γ’相的大小、形态及分布,从而降低合金的流动应力.对于经预处理的FGH95合金坯料,采用分段变速变形可以进一步降低合金的流动应力。
By isothermal constant strain rate compression experiment, the effects of different pretreatment, thermal parameters and sectional variable speed deformation on the high temperature deformation characteristics of dense FGH95 alloy were systematically studied. The results show that the hot isostatic pressing of FGH95 alloy billets can be pretreated to change the size, shape and distribution of γ ’phase in FGH95 alloy to reduce the flow stress of the alloy. For pre-treated FGH95 alloy billet, the use of sub-variable speed deformation can further reduce the flow stress of the alloy.
