非接触式的振动位移测量,目前已作为一种标准技术在各种大型旋转机械上使用。但是,根据电涡流式趋近传感器的测量原理,实际测量时会存在着非振动因素的干扰,产生非振动偏差的噪音输出,使振动测量的精度、灵敏度和可信度均受到一定的影响。在某些情况下,更无法判断测量数据的真假,也就无法真正了解机器的运行和振动状况及预测可能发生的故障。引起机器振动和非振动的因素见表1。 表1 机器的振动和非振动因素 国外称非振动偏差为格里奇(Glitch)偏差或振摆
Non-contact vibration displacement measurement, has now been used as a standard technology in a variety of large rotating machinery. However, according to the measuring principle of eddy current proximity sensor, non-vibration interference exists in the actual measurement, and noise output with non-vibration deviation is generated, which affects the accuracy, sensitivity and reliability of vibration measurement to a certain extent. In some cases, it is even more difficult to judge the true or false of the measured data. Therefore, it is impossible to truly understand the operation and vibration status of the machine and to predict possible failures.
