供电企业提高竞争力的有效途径是良好的供电服务质量管理。从将电力顾客需求有效转化为供电企业服务设施/技术要求的思路出发,运用质量机能展开方法对供电企业服务质量管理进行研究,设计了供电企业服务质量QFD模型,并运用K-means算法进行聚类分析,给出供电企业服务管理方法。
Power supply enterprises to improve competitiveness is an effective way to power quality of service management. Starting from the idea of effectively converting power customer needs into service facilities and technical requirements for power supply enterprises, this paper studies the service quality management of power supply enterprises by using quality function deployment method, and designs QFD model of service quality for power supply enterprises, and uses K-means algorithm to conduct poly Class analysis, given power supply enterprise service management methods.
