薪酬设计是企业人力资源管理中最核心的内容之一,关系到企业的经营管理以及长远的发展。本文利用动态博弈模型,运用经济学的闲暇理论,分析了企业的薪酬设计对员工劳动力供给、企业产出以及企业收益的影响,提出了企业薪酬不仅要建立最低生活保障制度、体现公平性,还要注重激励方式的多样性以及更新设计理念。
Remuneration design is one of the core contents of human resource management in an enterprise, and relates to the management and long-term development of an enterprise. This article uses the dynamic game model and the economic leisure theory to analyze the impact of the remuneration design on employee labor supply, enterprise output and corporate earnings.
