运用正交试验设计探讨了Al-24%Si活塞合金热膨胀性能与其主要添加元素Cu、Mg、Mn之间的关系,并通过建立拟合曲线和二次拟合方程确定了最佳的Cu、Mg、Mn含量的取值范围。结果表明:Mg和Mn对合金热膨胀性能影响显著,而Cu的影响较弱,可以忽略不计,且当Mg、Mn两种元素在给定的取值范围内进行取值时,能够获得25~300℃温度范围内热膨胀系数为18.717×10-6℃-1的合金。
The relationship between the thermal expansion properties of Al-24% Si piston alloy and its major addition elements Cu, Mg and Mn was discussed by means of orthogonal experimental design. The best Cu and Mg were determined by establishing the fitting curve and quadratic fitting equation , Mn content of the range. The results show that Mg and Mn have a significant effect on the thermal expansion properties of the alloy, while the effect of Cu is negligible. When Mg and Mn are given within a given range, 25-300 ℃ temperature range of thermal expansion coefficient of 18.717 × 10-6 ℃ -1 alloy.
