芝麻自古以来就被称为长寿不老的高级食品,它含有丰富的维生素E、维生素B1、亚油酸、蛋白质、麻糖、多缩戊糖、钙、铁等营养成分。芝麻有黑白两大类,食用以白芝麻为好,保健疗效则以黑芝麻效果最好。
