高频振框筛是利用振动进行工作,振幅大则生产能力大,但对机械的损坏也相应增大,如橡胶垫、弹簧垫断裂,轴承损坏,严重时电机也会振坏(我厂三次振坏电机外壳)。有的厂家为了解决这个问题,采用了减小偏心轮的偏心距即减小振幅的办法,减少了机械的损坏,但产量也随之下降,问题得不到真正解决。我们针对生产上存在的问题,进行了以下几点改进,效果明显。 1.电机与筛框轴的连接是一个关键,我们对连接器进行了改进(见图),运行情况很好。
