岗位胜任力是员工个体为达到理想绩效以适当的方式形成的惯用型特征,它是个体绩效优异者的潜在特征表现。新形势下人力资源管理对企业的生存发展具有重大意义。有鉴于此,岗位胜任力的相关概念和方法在企业人力资源管理领域中得到越来越多的应用。文章基于胜任力模型相关理论,分析企业人力资源管理存在的问题,并以此模型为依据,探讨其在企业人力资源管理中的开发应用,希冀提高企业人力资源管理水平,提升企业的综合竞争力。
Job competencies are the idiosyncratic features that individual employees form in an appropriate way to achieve their desired performance. They are the underlying characteristics of individual performance performers. Under the new situation, human resource management is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises. In view of this, job competency related concepts and methods in the field of enterprise human resources management has been more and more applications. Based on the related theory of competency model, this paper analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in enterprises, and based on this model, explores its development and application in human resource management, hoping to improve the level of human resource management and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises .
