研究了时效处理对Ti-5Fe合金组织及硬度的影响。结果表明,合金从β相区淬火后,合金的相组成为淬火ω相、α相和亚稳β相;在300、350、400℃时效后,合金组织为α相、β相以及等温ω相;在450℃时效后,合金组织中只观察到α相和β相;在Ti-5Fe合金中,ω相大量存在的温度低于450℃。随着时效温度的升高,合金的硬度先升高后下降,这主要是由合金在时效过程中α相的析出和ω相的形成与分解导致的。
The effect of aging treatment on the microstructure and hardness of Ti-5Fe alloy was studied. The results show that the phase compositions of alloy are quenched ω phase, α phase and metastable β phase after the alloy is quenched from β phase. After 300, 350, 400 ℃ aging, the alloy microstructure is α phase, β phase and isothermal ω phase ; Only α phase and β phase were observed in the alloy after aging at 450 ℃; in the Ti-5Fe alloy, the coexistence of ω phase was below 450 ℃. With the aging temperature, the hardness of the alloy first increased and then decreased, which is mainly caused by the precipitation of the α phase and the formation and decomposition of the ω phase during the aging process.
