20多年前的旧《广告法》无法适应现如今社会经济的发展情况,新修订的《广告法》针对现今社会广告行业中存在的突出问题进行了具体规定,具体表现在对虚假宣传、明星代言、互联网广告等三个方面进行了具体的细化的规定,这也是新《广告法》修改的三大亮点,新《广告法》适应现如今的社会经济情况,对构建良好的广告环境有重大意义。
The old “Advertising Law” more than 20 years ago can not adapt to the current social and economic development. The newly revised “Advertising Law” sets out specific provisions for the outstanding problems in the present-day social advertising industry.
