随着医院规模的不断扩大,各类医学人才不间断的涌现,多样化的辅助检查方式以及各种诊断治疗方法的发展,新的医疗技术和新医疗项目不断研究并得到拓展。医院管理人员和医务人才的合作逐渐增多、日益广泛,医院管理人员与职工之间相互合作、互动、配合都要建立在沟通的基础上,缺少了沟通,也就缺少了相互间的合作,也就起不到相互促进的作用。有效的、成功的沟通是需要技巧的,医院政工人员要学会运用沟通技巧做好医院广大职工的思想工作,使医务人员充分发挥其作用。
