通过实验的方法对生物质气化过程中床层压降的影响进行研究,以空气为气化剂进行了生物质气化特性试验,考察了气化参数对生物质产气质量的影响。分析了压力、温度、热值三者间的内在联系。研究结果表明:在实验工况下,最佳压降范围为1.6~2.9 kPa,此时炉内氧化层温度达到1 000~1 300℃,燃气热值为4 900~5 700kJ/m3,焦油质量分数随温度升高而降低,在炉内压降超过2.9 kPa时氧化层温度降低,因此,在最佳压降范围内,压降提高有利于燃气质量的改善,该结论可以对气化炉床层反应动力学研究提供参考。
The effects of gasification parameters on the gas production quality of biomass were investigated by experimentally studying the effect of gasification pressure on the bed pressure drop in biomass gasification process. Analyzed the internal relations between pressure, temperature and calorific value. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the optimum pressure drop range is 1.6 ~ 2.9 kPa, the temperature of the oxide layer in the furnace reaches 1 000 ~ 1 300 ℃, the heat value of gas is 4 900 ~ 5 700 kJ / m3, the tar quality The fraction decreases with increasing temperature, and the temperature of the oxide layer decreases when the pressure drop in the furnace exceeds 2.9 kPa. Therefore, increasing the pressure drop is beneficial to the improvement of gas quality within the optimal pressure drop. Layer reaction kinetics to provide a reference.
