是否对不合群学生进行干预,我们必须要理清这样几个问题:一是怎样才算是合群的?合群的标准是什么?所谓的不合群有哪些具体的外在表现?教师的标准或者干预代表着你的价值判断,你的判断怎么见得就是准确无误的?学生的个性千差万别,教师对合群与不合群标准的把握和拿捏是否适宜并不容易。
