随着教学手段的日益发展和教学观念的日益更新,教师在教学过程中的身份也发生了巨大的变化。本文针对在大学英语教学中兴起的新型教学方式——自主学习中教师身份的变化以及这一系列变化给大学英语教师带来的新的要求做出探讨和分析。以教师要求自我发展及实现自我价值的视角入手,以建构主义理论为基础,探讨大学英语教师在大学英语自主学习的教学活动中如何确认其身份、实现生活价值、提高自身素质等问题。
With the development of teaching methods and the renewal of teaching concepts, the identity of teachers in the teaching process has undergone tremendous changes. This article aims at the new teaching method emerging in college English teaching - the change of teacher ’s identity in self - regulated learning and the new requirements brought by this series of changes to college English teachers. Based on the theory of constructivism, this article starts from the perspective of teachers’ self-development and self-realization and explores how college English teachers recognize their identity, realize the value of life and improve their own qualities in the teaching of college English self-learning.
