“以学生的发展为本,关注学生的个性发展、全面发展和可持续发展”的教育理念,实质上是要求我们要改进现有的班级管理模式,发挥学生的主观能动性,促进学生各方面能力的发展,引领学生逐步走向自主管理。在实际教育过程中,学校把班级作为学校管理的一个单元,班主任把班级学生作为管理对象,“管”的成分多于“理”的成分。这样,班级学生始终处在被动约束之中,班级之中的个体其成长受到压抑。如何转变这种状态,使学生变被动为主动,使学生所在的班集体能能在老师的引导之下逐步走向自主管理,并在这个过程中不断提高自身各方面的能力?笔者进行了一些实践与探索,获得了一些启示:
