采用纵贯式案例研究方法对TCL集团发展中的组织惯性及其前因、表现和资源构型、资源运作方式、能力演化路径等进行探索和梳理,将组织生态理论与资源基础理论与演化经济理论相结合,分析惯性因素在资源能力演化和组织绩效转换中的作用,旨在拓展相关理论框架,挖掘转轨时期我国家电制造业转型发展的问题根源。研究结果表明,案例企业在各阶段资源运作过程中逐步累积和展示出不同程度的惯性,其中一些惯性甚至影响资源构型并作用于企业重大战略决策,塑造长期资源运作模式,进而影响企业能力转换升级、创新发展与变革转型机会,研究证明了组织惯性在资源配置和能力演化中发挥关键调节作用。
Using longitudinal case study method to explore and comb the organizational inertia, its antecedents, performance and resource configuration, resource operation mode and ability evolution path in the development of TCL Group. Organizational ecology theory, resource basic theory and evolutionary economy Theory, and analyzes the role of inertia in the evolution of resource capabilities and organizational performance. It aims to expand the relevant theoretical framework and explore the root causes of the transformation and development of China’s home appliance manufacturing industry during the transition period. The results show that case enterprises accumulate and exhibit different degrees of inertia gradually during the operation of resources in each stage, some of them even influence the resource configuration and act on major strategic decisions of enterprises and shape long-term resource operation modes, which in turn affect the conversion of enterprise capabilities Upgrading, innovation and transformation and transformation and transformation opportunities. Studies have proved that organizational inertia plays a key regulatory role in the allocation of resources and capability evolution.
