企业制定合理的决策需要正确信息的支撑。信息加工业务是企业多部门协同合作按照确定的业务流程结构对基础信息进行加工处理从而得到决策所需信息的过程。员工行为错误产生的错误信息在业务流程上的传递过程会导致风险传导现象,前序部门产生的风险如果不能有效控制会引起后续部门产生新的风险,最终流出业务流程的错误信息应用于决策会造成损失。为了有效的降低业务风险,在分析业务错误传导特征基础上,结合现有激励理论研究成果提出了信息加工业务激励模型,探讨如何有效激励传导网络上各节点的员工提升业务正确率,降低业务风险。研究表明,当满足判定条件时企业选择激励员工,且激励程度受到各节点员工的努力成本、风险损失与业务次数影响。本研究揭示了信息加工业务错误传导模式,企业给予员工的最优激励数量和员工付出的最优努力水平之间的关系及其影响因素。
The establishment of reasonable decisions by enterprises requires the support of correct information. The information processing business is a process in which multi-sector collaboration and cooperation of the enterprise processes the basic information according to a determined business process structure to obtain the information needed for decision-making. The transfer process of incorrect information generated by employee behavior errors in the business process can lead to risk conduction. If the risks generated by the pre-order department cannot be effectively controlled, it will cause new risks in the follow-up department. In order to effectively reduce business risks, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of business error transmission, combined with the existing research results of incentive theory, we propose an information processing business incentive model to explore how to effectively encourage employees of each node on the transmission network to improve business accuracy and reduce business risks. . Research shows that companies choose to motivate employees when satisfying the judgment criteria, and the degree of motivation is affected by the effort costs, risk losses, and number of operations at each node’s employees. This study reveals the error conduction model of information processing business, the relationship between the optimal amount of incentives given by employees to the employees and the best efforts of employees, and the influencing factors.
