目的探讨尿激酶3’-UTR基因多态性与特发性草酸钙结石易感性的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的方法,检测138例特发性草酸钙结石患者和142例健康对照组人群尿激酶3’-UTR基因+4506位点C/T基因多态性的表达。结果特发性草酸钙结石组与健康对照组比较,TT与CC+TC基因型频率、T/C等位基因频率进行卡方检验,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T等位基因携带者是特发性草酸钙结石的危险因素。与等位基因C相比,T基因携带者的患病风险是其1.493倍。结论尿激酶3’-UTR+4506 C/T基因多态性与特发性草酸钙结石存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between urokinase 3’-UTR gene polymorphism and susceptibility to idiopathic calcium oxalate stones. Methods The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method was used to detect the urokinase 3’-UTR gene +4506 locus in 138 patients with idiopathic calcium oxalate stone and 142 healthy controls C / T gene polymorphism expression. Results Compared with healthy control group, the frequencies of TT and CC + TC genotypes and T / C allele frequencies in idiopathic calcium oxalate stones group were significantly different (all P <0.05). T allele carriers are idiopathic calcium oxalate stones risk factors. Compared with allele C, the risk of carriers of T gene is 1.493 times of that of allele C. Conclusions Urokinase 3’-UTR + 4506 C / T gene polymorphism is associated with idiopathic calcium oxalate stones.
