分析仪器中使用的高稳定度微电流放大器,从目前的半导体器件看,以美国模拟器件公司(Analog Devices)AD515和310两种高输入阻抗、高精度、低漂移运算放大器最适宜。利用这两种器件不仅线路可设计得十分简单,而且性能指标也可做得较高。现介绍于下,供参考。1.技术性能(1)AD515型运算放大器是一种超低偏流运算放大器,其接脚见图1。
