农村宣传工作的现状:一是在体制转换的过程中,新旧思想的碰撞,价值观念的差异表现明显,加之文化观念的渗透,生活方式的影响,使之呈现出更为复杂的情况。同时,随着物质生活的改善,老百姓对精神文化生活提出了新的要求;二是高新技术的迅猛发展,使人们接受信息渠道,交往和休闲娱乐的方式等发生很大变化,出现了许多新的情况;三是在改革和发展的关键时期,社会情况发生了复杂和深刻的变化。切合实际重点在业务上下功夫,针对现状采取的措施,注意提高自身素质理论素质、文化知识素质和思想道德素质,切合实际,重点在业务上下功夫。
