利用SolidWorks软件对呼吸自动调节器进行三维设计和装配,并运用插件COSMOSMotion在橡胶膜片受不同的吸气负压下对呼吸自动调节器进行了运动仿真,得出滑阀的最大开口高度,初步确定了吸气负压(开启压力)的范围、供气流量与滑阀开口高度的关系,为呼吸自动调节器的设计提供了理论依据。
Using SolidWorks software to design and assemble the respiratory automatic regulator three-dimensionally and using the plug-in COSMOSMotion to simulate the respiratory automatic regulator under the different suction negative pressure of the rubber diaphragm to get the maximum opening height of the slide valve, The range of suction negative pressure (opening pressure) was determined. The relationship between the air supply flow rate and the height of the slide valve opening provided a theoretical basis for the design of automatic breathing regulator.
